When the plan for Emerald Coast Estates began we knew that we would be creating much more than a manufactured home community for active adults 55 and better. We knew that we had to create a community in every sense of the word so that it would become an asset to Brookings-Harbor and the residents; a small town environment with a neighborly atmosphere where everyone knows and cares about everyone else and their community.

A trained staff of home consultants will help you to choose the right home for you and to customize it by selecting from literally dozens of interior and exterior options. Even with all of the choices and options available to you, we have worked hard to develop a set of community guidelines and CC & R’s that will protect the value and quality of your home for years to come.
